Welcome to the Spring Her Forward Raffle & Online Auction

Powered by GiveSmart, this year's Spring Her Forward raffle and online auction is an opportunity for all members of the Ellis community to support the school in a fun and exciting way. All proceeds will benefit the Ellis Fund, the school's annual giving program.

Raffle

The Ellis School is pleased to present "The Ultimate Raffle Ticket." Enter today for your chance to win three tickets to Sunday (June 15) at the exclusive Trophy Club featuring Corona Premier at the U.S. Open at Oakmont (a $1,500 value). 

All raffle tickets are electronic. The draw will take place on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Purchasers need not be present to win.

Online Auction

Bid on unique items and services from some of Pittsburgh's best retailers, restaurants, and businesses. Highlights include family-friendly experiences, tickets to the theatre and sporting events, vacation houses, restaurant gift cards, and much more! 

The auction will close promptly at 9:00 PM EST on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Once the auction closes, winners will receive a text message notification, followed by a separate email coordinating the redemption of items won.

Register for the Auction

• Text SHF2025 to 76278 or click "Register Now" at the top of this page. If you have a previously established account, click "Sign In" at the top of this page instead. 
• Follow registration prompts. Include your full name, email address, and phone number.
• Once registered, you will receive a link to the auction via text message
• Click the auction link to view the complete list of packages available.

Browse and Bid

• Click "View All Items" or browse by category to start bidding
• You will receive a text message if you are outbid. Check your phone for important notifications.
• The auction will close promptly at 9:00 PM EST on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Winners will be notified via text message
• Only winning bidders' credit cards will be charged.

Online Auction: Frequently Asked Questions

Is my bidding activity anonymous?

Yes. All bidding activity is kept confidential. While you can view your own bidding history, bids made by other participants are listed as anonymous. Likewise, others can not see the specific items you have bid on; they only see anonymized bids.

How do I know if I won an item?

The auction will close promptly at 9:00 PM EST on Saturday, May 3, 2025. Once the auction has closed, winners will receive a notification via text message followed by a separate email coordinating the redemption of items won.

How do I pay for the item(s) I won?

We require that you put a credit card on file when bidding on items for easy, quick checkout. Any credit or debit card will work. Once the auction has closed, you can view the items you have won in your account and check out with just a few clicks. Please note no checks or cash are accepted. All packages must be purchased using the credit or debit card on file at the time of registration.

How do I collect the item(s) I won?

An Ellis staff member will contact you shortly after the auction closes with all the pertinent information you need to know for the next steps in fulfilling your auction win. Keep an eye on your email inbox! 

If you attend the event on Saturday, May 3, you may pick up your item(s) that evening after 9:00 PM EST.

If you cannot attend the event or have to leave early, an Ellis staff member will email you on Monday, May 5, to coordinate picking up or mailing your item(s). Please note some items cannot be mailed and must be picked up. Items that cannot be mailed will be stated as such in the item description.
